本公司成立於1966年，創立初期主要承製塑膠中空吹氣成型製品；自1995年開始致力於兒童汽車安全座椅研發，並自創品牌「SUPER NANNY」，1998年開始於台北世貿參展獲得極佳評價。目前研發之兒童汽車安全座椅種類適用於3個年齡層—9個月以下、9個月~4歲、4歲以上，並獲得CCC及ECE R44/04認證。
